RankFlow
For private rehab and addiction treatment centres

Families now ask AI where to go.

Parents and partners describe the situation to ChatGPT or Google and get two or three clinics back. RankFlow makes sure your clinic is one of them, in English and in the languages your clients speak, so more families reach your admissions team directly.

Why now

Why private rehabs need to be in the AI answer now

The way families find a clinic has changed, and in your markets paid search isn't an option.

No Google Ads for rehab

Google doesn't run addiction treatment ads in the UK, Portugal or Spain. Organic results, Google Maps and AI answers are how families find you.

Google's policy →

Families ask AI first

They describe the person, the substance, the budget and the country, then ask where to go. AI answers with a few names it can understand and verify.

Your model gets matched

Single-client care, non-12-step, dual diagnosis, programmes for professionals. AI can match that detail to the right family, as long as your website explains it.

Referral services under new rules

In August 2026 the UK's Advertising Standards Authority told rehab referral companies to be open about how they work. More families now go to clinics directly.

Your own channel

Two ways a family reaches your clinic

Referral services will always exist. The question is how many families reach you directly, and what they read about you on the way.

A commission on the admission, and the family may never see your website.

The full fee stays with your clinic, and you decide how your programme is described.

Directories can stay part of your mix. We build the channel you own.

What you get

Everything that decides whether families find you, and trust what they find

AI answers in every language you care about

Each month we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI what families ask, in English and your clients' languages, and work on the sources those answers rely on.

Admissions pages families trust

Your programme, your team and their qualifications, the admissions process and what a stay costs, easy to read on a phone late at night.

Pages in your clients' languages

For clinics treating clients from the UK and Northern Europe: pages in English, German, Dutch and more, written by native writers.

Reports in enquiries

Each month you see calls, forms and admission enquiries from search and AI, not only rankings.

Everything is written within the advertising rules of your market, such as the CAP Code in the UK, in person-first language and without promised outcomes. Your clinicians review every clinical page before it goes live.

See the difference

What a family hears today, and after our work

Switch the language and the answer. The same question in English, German and Dutch often brings different clinics, which is why we check every market you care about.

  • Your clinic named, in your own words
  • Your website cited as the source
  • In each language your clients search in

A family member asks

My husband needs discreet private rehab abroad, with English-speaking staff. Where should we look?

Many UK families look at private rehab in Spain or Portugal. A large residential centre in southern Spain and a referral helpline come up often and can arrange admission quickly.1,2

How it works

Three steps. Your clinicians only approve.

  1. Free AI snapshot

We ask ten questions families really ask, in English and one or two of your clients' languages, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google. You get a short report: where you appear, who appears instead, and the three fastest fixes.

    Free
  2. Plan for the first 90 days

Markets, languages and the pages that matter most, with a fixed monthly scope agreed up front.

  3. Monthly work

We write, fix and keep your listings in line every month. Your team approves anything clinical, and you see the enquiries it brings in.

What the snapshot looks like

Each question is asked several times in each tool, from the family's country. You get the full answers and screenshots, and a short note on what to change first.

The family's checklist

What families look for before they call

Every admissions page we write answers these on the first visit.

  • Who will treat my family member, and what are their qualifications?
  • What does a day in the programme look like?
  • Is detox medically supervised?
  • How long is the stay, and what does it cost?
  • How quickly can they be admitted?
  • Who regulates the clinic, such as the CQC in England or the ERS in Portugal?
  • What happens after discharge?
  • Can we speak to someone in our own language?

Who you work with

A clinical background and eight years in search

I trained as a clinical neuropsychologist, with clinical work in psychiatry and neurosurgery in Warsaw, and then spent eight years in SEO and digital marketing, building a team of writers, editors and designers.

Addiction treatment is a field where words matter. I write about it accurately, without stigma and without promising outcomes, and I know what families need to read before they pick up the phone. I'm based in Lisbon and happy to meet clinics in Portugal in person.

Will we still need directories and referral services?

They can stay part of your mix. We build the channel you own, so a growing share of families reach your admissions team directly and the full fee stays with your clinic.

Do you charge per admission or per lead?

No. You pay a fixed monthly fee agreed up front, so our advice stays independent of how many admissions come in.

Can you guarantee we'll be recommended?

No one can honestly guarantee what an AI says or where Google ranks a page. We make your website the clearest, most trustworthy source on your clinic, and show you the results every month.

We treat clients from several countries. Can you help with that?

Yes. We check what AI tells families in each language and write pages for those countries with native writers, so a family in Amsterdam or Munich finds you in their own language.

How much time does our team need to give?

A conversation at the start about your programme and your clients, then approvals. We write, edit and publish.

How do you handle sensitive topics?

Carefully. We use person-first language, never promise outcomes or invent credentials, and your clinicians review every clinical page before it goes live.
